Changes in Board Composition

Cykel AI PLC (LSE:CYK) announces that Nicholas Lyth has resigned as Interim Chairman of the Company, with immediate effect.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Lyth for his contributions to the Company and wish him well for the future.

Michael Chan will assume the role of Chairman on an interim basis pending the appointment of a Non-executive Chairman in due course.
