Montec's saw fit to operate these key changes to reflect\nthe Company's new operational standpoint, having just acquired the remaining\n49% of its subsidiary Datex Billing Services Inc. Montec intends to further\nengage its business plan in the next financial phase to ensure its growth.\nThese key appointments of independents were important to efficiently meet this\nchallenge.\n\n\nAs of January 31, 2009, Montec's Board of Directors has appointed Mr.\nRussell Flewelling, Mr. Marvin Garellek, and Mr. Oren Vered as Directors.\n\n\nMr. Flewelling is an information technology professional with over twenty\nfive years experience in Telecommunications, Software Engineering and Systems\nIntegration, specializing in the Telecommunications industry, with executive,\nline and management experience. He has the proven ability to build teams from\nthe ground up, to create highly successful relationships, and to deliver\nquality results. Mr. Flewelling is experienced in delivering complex solutions\nto customers across a broad range of enterprises and communication service\nproviders. He is a graduate of Georgian College of applied Engineering and\nTechnology in Electronics Engineering Technology.\n\n\nMr. Garellek is currently the Vice President of Sales and Operations at\nGroupe Acces Communications Inc. where he is responsible for building the\ncompany's sales and marketing strategy as well as operational process. He has\nexcellent knowledge of Sales & Marketing, Telecommunications\n(Wireline/Wireless), and Technology solutions. Mr. Garellek holds a Bachelor\nof Commerce from Concordia University. He serves on the Grants & Loans\nCommittee of Youth Employment Services and is a seminar leader for Youth\nEmployment Services as well as BizLaunch.ca\n\n\nMr. Vered is presently the President and founder of SIMphoneE, a provider\nof global roaming cellular services.
