Statement regarding recent share price movement

 

The Company (LSE: GILD), notes the recent movement in the Company's share price and speculation regarding prospective new sponsorship deals and is issuing this announcement by way of clarification.

 

As announced on 30 June 2022, the Company has a strong pipeline of prospective new sponsorship deals at various stages of negotiation including several that are at advanced stages of discussion.

 

These discussions are continuing, and the Company will make a further announcement if and when it enters into any formal agreements or contracts with new sponsors.
