(the \"Name Change\") to better reflect the Company's strategic focus on the development and commercialization of its sports prediction platform.The Name Change is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"), scheduled for February 10, 2026, and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. The new corporate name has been reserved with the Alberta Corporate Registry. The Notice of Meeting, Management Information Circular, and proxy materials will be mailed to shareholders of record as of December 23, 2025 and filed on SEDAR+ in accordance with applicable securities laws.
