Pursuant to the Agreement, Radiance has agreed to use its best efforts over a two-year term to purchase up to\n \n C$20,000,000\n \n worth of NFTs or other secure tokens minted on the Company's proprietary MintCarbon.io platform (the \"\n \n Platform\n \n \").\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Under the terms of the Agreement, Radiance has agreed to maintain, in readily available funds, a minimum of\n \n C$5,000,000\n \n towards the purchase of carbon credits that have been minted into NFTs or other secure tokens via the Platform. DeepMarkit is of the opinion that the Agreement will help to benefit customers of the Platform who hold carbon credit NFTs by enhancing liquidity and improving price discovery.
