In furtherance to our intimation dated November 22, 2023, please be informed that the Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench, on March 24, 2025, has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by M/s. Deep Diamond India Limited ('Resolution Applicant') to acquire M/s Oasis Ceramics Private Limited ('Target Company'), pursuant to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') and a copy of the said order has been uploaded on the website of the NCLT on March 24, 2025. Further the Company has received the E-mail communication dated March 26, 2025 regarding approval of the Resolution Plan form the Target Company.
