The dividend is payable on\n \n August 15, 2025\n \n , to the shareholders of record at the close of business\n \n July 31, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Eligible shareholders have the opportunity to reinvest dividends in accordance with the Corporation's dividend reinvestment and cash purchase plan (the \"DRIP\").
