Mr.\nVinck, the Chief Financial Officer of Unitech, is an independent financial\nconsultant and Chartered Accountant with nineteen years of various business\nexperience including executive leadership, financial leadership, change\nmanagement, mergers and acquisitions project leadership, Sarbanes Oxley and MI\n52-109 project management. Mr. Vinck is also a Member of both the Institute of\nChartered Accountants of Alberta and the Institute of Internal Auditors.\nUnitech welcomes Mr. Vinck to the Board of Directors.\n\n\nWilliam Smith and Greg Kautz did not stand for re-election at the\nmeeting.
