[{"type":"text","content":"Tenth Avenue Petroleum Announces Name Change To Decimus Oil Corp. and New Stock Trading Symbol\n\n\n (TheNewswire)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n CALGARY, AB, October 8, 2025 –\n \n\n TheNewswire -\n \n\n Tenth Avenue Petroleum Corp.\n(“TPC”\n \n or the\n \n “Company”) (TSXV:TPC)\n \n is pleased to announce that the\nCompany is changing its name from Tenth Avenue Petroleum Corp. to\n“Decimus Oil Corp.” to better reflect its primary focus of\nacquiring, optimize and developing its Mannville-focused assets in\nSouthern Alberta.\n \n\n Shareholders are not required to change their existing share\ncertificates for new certificates bearing the new company name and\nCompany shares held electronically will be booked electronically and\nDRS advices will be pushed out by the Company’s transfer agent. The\nname change does not affect the rights of the Company's\nshareholders, and no further action is required by existing\nshareholders with respect to the name change.\n \n\n The shareholders of the Company approved the name change by special\nresolution at the Company’s annual general and special meeting which\nwas held on September 17, 2025, and the Company will file Articles of\nAmendments.
