(“WCSB” or the “Company”)\n(TSXV:WCSB) is pleased to provide a corporate\nupdate on certain matters including, the termination of its previously\nannounced Bantry Acquisition and cancellation of the accompanying\noffering.\n\n\nThe Company provided formal notice to the\nvendor regarding the termination of its previously announced\nacquisition of certain oil & gas assets in Southern Alberta (the\n“Bantry\nAcquisition”) as press released by the Company\non October 28, 2025 & June 18, 2025. The Bantry Acquisition is\nbeing terminated due to items uncovered during the ongoing due\ndiligence process and customary closing conditions, as outlined within\nthe definitive agreement, not being satisfied and/or waived.
