(the \"Company\" or \"Decibel\") (TSXV: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF), a market leader in premium cannabis and extract manufactured products, announces that it has granted an aggregate of 21,915,974 stock options (each, an \"Option\") to certain officers and employees of the Company in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Each Option is exercisable for one common share in the capital of the Company (a \"Share\") at a price of either\n \n $0.13\n \n or\n \n $0.075\n \n per Share, depending on the grant. This is a normal-course grant that comprises part of the long-term compensation and employee retention incentives program provided by the Company.
