Update on Re-domicile Timings

As notified in the announcement made on 19 December 2024, the necessary resolutions were duly passed at DCI's recent General Meeting, to facilitate the Company's re-domicile from British Virgin Islands to Guernsey. The Company confirms that it has been issued a new ISIN (GG00BSWT8V72) and SEDOL (BSWT8V7), and that it expects that the re-domiciled entity will be admitted to trading on AIM on 8 January 2025. The Company's TIDM ("DCI") will remain unchanged. Please note that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will remain suspended until audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 are published, expected shortly. A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
