[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 8138D Dolphin Capital Investors Limited 19 September 2008 \n \n19 September 2008 \n \nDOLPHIN CAPITAL INVESTORS LIMITED\nShare buy back \nDolphin Capital Investors Limited (the 'Company') announces that on 18 September 2008 it purchased 3,000,000 of its common shares at an average price per share of 88p. \n \nFollowing the above purchase, the Company holds 54,440,000 of its common shares in treasury and has 494,596,141 common shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).\n \nThe purchase was made from Panmure Gordon (UK) Limited pursuant to a pre-set mandate to buy shares in the market during the close period prior to release of the Company's interim results for the six month period ended 30 June 2008.
