Treasury Shares

DCC plc announces that on 18 July 2014, 70,195 shares were transferred out of the Company's holding of treasury shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the DCC plc 1998 Employee Share Option Scheme and the DCC plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2009. The subscription price paid for these shares ranged from €0.25 per share to €23.35 per share.

DCC now has a total of 84,017,390 shares in issue excluding treasury shares and 4,212,014 shares held in treasury.
