[{"type":"text","content":"\n DCC PLC\n18 December 2007\n\n\n\n \n Dividend from Manor Park\n\nDCC plc ('DCC') announces that, following a share capital reorganisation by its\n49% owned associate, Manor Park Homebuilders Limited ('Manor Park'), DCC has\nreceived a dividend of €172 million from Manor Park, as franked investment\nincome.\n\nThe dividend received by DCC will give rise to an exceptional profit of\napproximately €86 million.
