[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5280B DCC PLC 11 January 2018 \n\n \n \n \n \n \n11 January 2018\n \nDCC to acquire the LPG business of Countrywide Farmers plc\n \nDCC plc, the leading international sales, marketing and support services group, has agreed with Countrywide Farmers plc (\"Countrywide\") to acquire the trade and assets of its liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution business in Britain (\"the Business\") for a total cash consideration of £28.75 million. \n \nThe Business supplies bulk and cylinder LPG to domestic, agricultural and commercial customers in Britain.
