[{"type":"text","content":"On November 11, 2022, the board of directors appointed Mr. Yuichi Levinson as a director to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Colonel Jack Jacobs. Mr. Levinson, 40, is a graduate of McGill University and has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Col. Jacobs’ retirement was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Levinson replaced Col. Jacobs’ positions on the various committees of the board and Dr. Eric J. Wilhelm was appointed as chair of the compensation committee and Dr. Ben Tabatabai was appointed as chair of the nominating and governance committee. Mr. Adam Kopelman departed from the company and Mr. Mark Bobus was appointed as the Principal Financial Officer.","length":797,"tagName":"div"}]
