(\"Shuhai Jingwei\"), a subsidiary of the Chinese operating company contractually controlled by the Company, has entered into a five-year manufacturing agreement with Shenzhen Antuopu Technology Co., Ltd.(“Antuopu”), a leading manufacturer specializing in air purifiers. The production for global market rollout is expected after the confirmation of the prototype.
