The offering was underwritten on a bought deal basis by a syndicate of underwriters led by TD Securities Inc. and including, BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc., Canaccord Financial Ltd., Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.
