TSXV : FFX\n("Free Energy" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the Vancouver area's\nfirst installation of the Free Energy Snow and Ice melting system which was\ncompleted Friday at the newly constructed warehouse owned by Refrigerative\nSupply Ltd. ("RSL") on North Fraser Way in Burnaby. The driveway is 16 feet\nwide by 45 feet long and is used for shipping and receiving. RSL owner Peter\nGibbs was concerned about safety for the truck drivers for the hundreds of\ndeliveries that are made to his facility every winter and decided to install\nthe Free Energy Snow and Ice melt system in the busiest loading dock area.\n\n\nThe cost of installing the Free Energy snow melt rods is comparable to\ninstalling electric heat trace and there is never an energy bill for the\noperation of the snow melt rods. The saving per year on energy usage is\nestimated at between $2500 and $ 3000 per year and the increase in the safety\nis immeasurable.\n\n\nRefrigerative Supply Ltd. has been operating in Vancouver for over 50\nyears and is a family owned business.\n\n\nThe system requires a series of L-shaped rods containing the non-toxic\nsuper conducting material to be placed vertically to a depth of 30 to 35 feet\nbelow the surface to tap into the constant mild temperatures below and bring\nheat continuously to the surface.\n\n\nThe natural heat will protect a driveway or sidewalk in temperatures down\nto minus 10 Centigrade. Below this temperature, optional self-contained\nlow-wattage heating elements switch on to provide any necessary additional\nheat.\n\n\nAbout Free Energy International Inc.\n\n\nFree Energy International Inc. is a British Columbia corporation with its\nhead office in Vancouver, British Columbia.
