TOKYO & BASKING RIDGE, N.J., January 13, 2026--The first patient has been dosed in the TROPION-Lung17 phase 3 trial evaluating DATROWAY® (datopotamab deruxtecan) compared to docetaxel in patients with TROP2 NMR positive locally advanced or metastatic nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without actionable genomic alterations previously treated with immunotherapy and platinum-based chemotherapy.
