Capponi to President and COO, effective immediately.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nDr. Phillip Chan, MD, PhD, CEO of CytoSorbents stated, \"I am very pleased to announce the promotion of Vince to President and Chief Operating Officer of CytoSorbents Corporation.
