He recently retired as President and Chief\nExecutive Officer of Revera Inc., a leading global owner, operator and\ndeveloper in the senior living/healthcare sector.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n Mr. Wellner currently serves on the board of Andlauer Health Group\nwhere he chairs the audit committee.
