(“Cytophage” or the “Company”) (TSXV: CYTO, FSE: 70G)\ntoday announced positive results from its follow-up European pilot\nstudy of AviPhage, the Company’s proprietary poultry-based\nbacteriophage (phage) product for broiler chickens. These results\nreinforce the efficacy of AviPhage as a strong contender for\nantibiotic replacement in poultry farms, provide valuable new data\nthat builds upon the\n \n\n\n\n\n initial\npilot\n \n\n\n\n study\n \n\n\n findings, and\n \n\n\n\n mark\nanother milestone in advancing the product toward regulatory approval\nand commercial launch.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n The purpose of this follow-up study was\nto evaluate the efficacy of AviPhage on European poultry within a\nworking-barn setting.
