He will be replacing Chris Skillen, Cymat's current President and\nChief Executive Officer.\n\n\nTim brings to Cymat an extensive background in aluminum sales and\nmarketing with particular expertise in the defense and aerospace industries.\nIn his latest position, Tim successfully transitioned a materials technology\ncompany from R& D to profitability, with direct responsibility for operations,\nengineering, and sales and marketing. This experience base dovetails well with\nCymat's current strategy of achieving near term profitability through\naccelerated commercialization of its unique aluminum foam technology.\n\n\n"We are extremely fortunate to have attracted an executive of Tim's\ncaliber," said Michael Liik, Executive Chairman of Cymat.
