Jim also possesses a five year degree\nin Mechanical Engineering and Management. He is replacing Philip Neukom who\nwas in the role since July 2006.\n\n\nMr. Smith has an extensive business development background selling into\nour 3 verticals Automotive, Architectural and Military. Kevin fills this newly\ncreative position, focusing on growth of our architectural and blast\nmitigation businesses.
