(\"\n \n AI Venturetech\n \n \"), a\n \n New York\n \n -based consulting firm with an AI research lab specializing  in AI, quantum computing and cybersecurity.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pursuant to the consulting services agreement effective\n \n August 1, 2023\n \n between the Company and AI Venturetech (the \"\n \n Agreement\n \n \"), AI Venturetech's engagement is for two and half months beginning\n \n August 01, 2023\n \n (the \"\n \n Term\n \n \"). AI Venturetech will profile the Company in its AI research lab and educate the business community about the Company's AI-enabled cyber risk mitigation solution and its value proposition. The Company will pay AI Venturetech an aggregate of\n \n $5,000 USD\n \n for the Term of the Agreement.
