(\"\n \n \n Belmont\n \n \n \") for capital markets social media communications consultation.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pursuant to the consulting services agreement effective\n \n April 17, 2023\n \n between the Company and\n \n Belmont\n \n (the \"\n \n Agreement\n \n \"),\n \n Belmont's\n \n engagement is for six (6) months beginning\n \n April 17, 2023\n \n (the \"\n \n Term\n \n \").\n \n Belmont\n \n will provide capital markets social media communications, monitoring and reporting consultation. The Company will pay\n \n Belmont\n \n an aggregate of\n \n $120,000\n \n for the Term, with the option to renew for an additional six (6) months at a monthly rate of\n \n $60,000\n \n .
