These warrants allow warrant holders to subscribe for up to a further 74,444,444 Ordinary Shares at 0.65 pence per ordinary share (Placing Warrants) and other warrant holders to subscribe for up to a further 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares at 0.63 pence per ordinary share (Corporate Finance Warrants).
