[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n 10 May 2022\n \n \n \n CyanConnode Holdings plc\n \n \n \n (\"CyanConnode\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n First Order From IntelliSmart\n \n \n \n \n \n \n CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a world leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, is pleased to announce that it has received its first order from IntelliSmart Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (IntelliSmart), for a smart metering deployment in Assam, India\n .\n \n \n Under the purchase order, CyanConnode will supply 100,000 Omnimesh Modules together with advanced metering infrastructure, standards-based hardware, services, Omnimesh head-end software, perpetual license and an annual maintenance contract.\n \n \n \n \n \n The supply of Omnimesh Modules has already commenced and the contract will be completed within 30 months under a DBFOOT (Design, Build, Finance, Own, Operate, Transfer) model.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n John Cronin, Executive Chairman of CyanConnode,\n \n \n commented\n \n :\n \n \n \"We are delighted to have received our first order from IntelliSmart, which is a direct result of our continued association since last year and in line with our expectations.
