[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n15 August 2023\nCyanConnode Holdings plc\n(\"CyanConnode\" or the \"Company\")\n \n2023 Annual General Meeting\n \nCyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a global leader in Narrowband Radio Frequency (RF) Smart Mesh Networks, reminds shareholders that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") will take place at 11a.m. on Thursday 24th August 2023 at the offices of Herald Investment Management Limited, 10-11 Charterhouse Square, London, EC1M 6ET.\n \nSince a presentation was held via the Investor-Meet-Company platform on 1 August 2023, there will be no presentation at the AGM, and the meeting will consist of only the formal business of voting on the resolutions.
