He has been a Chapter President and Director and currently\nserves as Vice Chair of the Committee on Corporate Reporting. Mr. Wells is a\nChartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants\nof Ontario and British Columbia.\n\n\nMr. Wells completed the Directors Education Program at the Institute of\nCorporate Directors, Corporate Governance College and obtained his ICD.D\ndesignation.
