(TSX-V:TIC) (the\n\"Company\") announces that its Pilot mineral concentrator modules arrived in\nCanada from Australia during the past week and are being pre-assembled in\nEdmonton before they are transported to Fort McMurray later this month for\nfinal assembly, testing and commissioning. The Company plans to commission and\noperate its Pilot concentrator facilities on-site in Fort McMurray during\nSeptember and October, 2006.\nThe purpose of the 2006 Pilot Program is to operate a simulated mineral\nconcentrator to maximize the recovery and concentration of titanium and zircon\ndirectly from a continuous flow oil sands tailings pipeline in Fort McMurray,\nCanada. Processed material from the concentrator will be sent to the Company's\nRegina pilot plant to undergo further separation processing and analysis in\nlate 2006.\n\"We are pleased to inform our shareholders that our 2006 Program, which\nhas involved design engineering, sourcing and construction off-shore and in\nCanada, is progressing on schedule and we fully expect to remain within the\noriginal C$3 million budget throughout the duration of the Program,\" says\nScott Nelson, Titanium Corporation President and CEO.\n\nTitanium Corporation Inc. will host an update conference call at 1:30 pm\nToronto/New York time (EDT) on Wednesday, August 16, 2006.
