Mr.\nPridham has financed and advised companies across a broad range of sectors in\nboth public and private markets. He has a wealth of experience in the energy\nand natural resources sectors, having worked in the Energy and Minerals group\nof Chemical Bank and National Bank in New York, Calgary, Toronto and Hong\nKong. After working for Merrill Lynch he went on to manage the Canadian\nInvestment Banking groups at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, Research Capital, and\nRaymond James. He has sat on the boards of various public and private\ncompanies. With this background, he has detailed knowledge on how companies\nfund their growth, acquire new business and provide value back to\nshareholders.\n\n\nMr. Pridham is President and CEO of Edgewater Capital Inc. and Chairman\nof Monarch Wealth Management. He is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate\nDirectors program and a graduate of the University of Toronto.
