Mr. Kadey has agreed to continue with the Company as a Special Advisor to its Board of Directors and CEO. The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Mortimer to its Board of Directors. Mr. Mortimer is an experienced investor and award-winning global equity portfolio manager who brings deep expertise in clean technology, industrials, energy, utilities, and mined commodities.
