Update on move to the Main Market
CVS Group plc has announced that its admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange is expected to occur at 8:00 a.m. on January 29, 2026, with its AIM listing simultaneously cancelled. The last day of trading on AIM will be January 28, 2026. This move to the Main Market is an introduction of existing ordinary shares and is contingent upon regulatory approvals, including the FCA's approval of a Prospectus and the shares being admitted to the ESCC segment of the Official List.
