Result of AGM

CVS, the UK's listed veterinary group and a leading provider of veterinary services, announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all of the resolutions proposed, as set out in the Notice of AGM, were passed on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 15 to 18 were passed as special resolutions. The Board notes c.22% of votes were cast against resolution 3 (Remuneration Report). As such, the Company intends to consult the relevant shareholders in order to understand the reasons behind this in the context of the Group's wider Remuneration Policy, and will provide an update within six months, in accordance with the UK Corporate Governance Code.
