Shareholders who have elected to receive shareholder information electronically have been notified that the Annual Report and Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at: https://www.cvsukltd.co.uk/investor-centre, and the forms of proxy are available to shareholders on request by contacting [email protected].\nThe AGM is being held as a physical meeting. However, the Company strongly encourages shareholders to submit a proxy vote in advance of the AGM and to appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy, rather than a named person who may not be able to attend the meeting if circumstances change.
