[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 5089K\n CVS Group plc\n 05 January 2021\n \n \n \n \n CVS Group Plc\n (\"CVS\" or the \"Company\")\n Long Term Incentive Plan Award\n CVS, one of the UK's leading providers of integrated veterinary services, announced on 9 November 2020 that it had granted option awards over a total of 136,485 of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") under the CVS Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2020 (\"LTIP 14\") (the \"Options\").\n Certain of the awards made have subsequently been adjusted, in accordance with the Group's remuneration policy. The resulting total number of Ordinary Shares over which options have been granted under LTIP14 is now 143,218.
