Block Listing Interim Review
CVS Group plc has provided an interim review of its block listing arrangements for the period from July 12, 2025, to January 12, 2026. During this period, 599 ordinary shares were issued under the CVS Group SAYE Plan, reducing the unallotted balance to 337,366 shares, while the CVS Long Term Incentive Plan had no shares issued, maintaining its unallotted balance at 68,393 shares.
