Gridspertise widens its digital real-time portfolio with the acquisition of Energyworx
Gridspertise, a technology company jointly controlled by Enel and CVC Capital Partners enabling grid modernization through intelligent solutions today announced the closing of the acquisition of Energyworx, a pioneer in cloud-based Energy Data Management solutions, headquartered in the Netherlands. Gridspertise has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Energyworx from its shareholders, EDP Ventures, SET Ventures and OWV Beheer B.V.
