Result of AGM
Currys PLC held its Annual General Meeting on September 4, 2025, and all resolutions were duly passed. Shareholders approved the annual report and accounts with 99.99% votes in favor. The Directors' Annual Remuneration Report was approved with 94.20% votes for, while the Directors' Remuneration Policy received 92.49% approval. A final dividend of 1.5p per ordinary share was declared with 100% votes in favor. Directors Alex Baldock, Ian Dyson, Magdalena Gerger, Steve Johnson, Bruce Marsh, Octavia Morley, and Adam Walker were all re-elected.
