[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nGUELPH, ON, Oct. 26 /CNW/ - On September 13, 2007, ENPAR reported that a\nmajor American water company ("COMPANY") had purchased DesEL units for field\ntesting the applicability of ENPAR's water treatment system for the North\nAmerican commercial and residential markets.\n\n\nThe purchase and ongoing evaluation program by that Company has been\npostponed until at least the conclusion of the pending arbitration between\nENPAR and the licensor of an important component of the DesEL System. The\narbitration is scheduled to proceed on January 21, 2008 and anticipated to\nlast for 3 to 5 days. A decision by the Arbitrator is expected sometime after\nthe January hearing.\n\n\nAs previously reported, ENPAR believes that the arbitration will confirm\nits compliance with the Non-exclusive Licensing Agreement, thereby providing\nthe basis for continuance of the agreement in good standing.\n\n\nENPAR continues to aggressively market its other 100% owned and\npatented/patent pending, state-of-the-art electrochemical technologies for\nmetal recovery and water treatment.\n\n\nENPAR is a "Technology Company" applying its patented and proprietary\n"Electrochemical Technologies" to the treatment of waste water and drinking\nwater contaminated by metals or nutrients i.e., nitrate/ammonia associated\nwith the mining, metal processing, chemical, agricultural, municipal and waste\nmanagement sectors.
