ENPAR Technologies Engages Investor Relations Group

January 16, 2012 Guelph, Ontario ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX.V: ENP) ("ENPAR" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that, effective January 12, 2012, it has entered into a service agreement with Investor Cubed Inc. ("Investor Cubed") of Toronto to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services to the Company.

The renewable agreement stipulates that ENPAR will pay a monthly fee of CAD $7,500.00 plus HST. In addition, the Board of Directors of the Company will grant to Investor Cubed 600,000 incentive stock options to acquire common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20 per share up to the earlier date which is one year from the date of grant of the options or 30 days after Investor Cubed ceases to provide services to the Company. The options will vest quarterly over a period of 12 months and will be governed by the provisions of the ENPAR Stock Option Plan.

Pursuant to TSX Venture Exchange Policy 1.1, the relationship between ENPAR and Investor Cubed and its co-owners, Alan Huycke and Neil Simon, meets the "Arm's Length" definition. The term of the agreement between the parties has been established at 12 months with the provision that either ENPAR or Investor Cubed may, upon written notice of fifteen days, terminate the relationship after the initial three month period.
