(TSX:ENP),("ENPAR") is pleased to report that ENPAR has\nshipped the pilot scale ammonia treatment plant to a mine site in Northern\nOntario for commissioning and 2-4 weeks of on-site testing.\n\n\nAs previously reported, ENPAR anticipates that the success of the pilot\nplant will lead to a commercial contract for the construction and installation\nof a full-scale treatment plant as part of the planned development at the\nmining site.\n\n\nThe AmmEL System is an electrochemical treatment process that has proven\nextremely effective at converting ammonia to environmentally friendly nitrogen\ngas at temperatures that are just above freezing, thus allowing the year round\ntreatment and discharge of water that meets environmental guidelines. Unlike\nconventional biological nitrification systems, the AmmEL System does not\nproduce nitrate as a by-product.\n\n\nENPAR is a "Technology Company" applying its patented and proprietary\n"Electrochemical Technologies" to the treatment of water used in the mining,\nmetal processing, chemical, agricultural, municipal and waste management\nsectors.
