Dr. Gene Shelp, President and CEO of ENPAR Technologies Inc. (TSX:ENP) (\"ENPAR\" or \"the Company\"), is very pleased to announce that the Company will ship, on an EX Works basis, a full-scale ESD module to JUKAM Machinery Co., Ltd. (JUKAM) of the Republic of Korea. ENPAR anticipates receipt of the equipment purchase price within the next 7 business days.\n\n\n \nOn September 24-27, ENPAR hosted senior technical representatives of JUKAM, who conducted extensive testing and confirmed that the system meets the technical performance specifications as delineated in the purchase agreement. ESD is a scalable modular system designed to accommodate both modest flow-rates and higher flow-rates characteristic of large municipal and industrial wastewater and process water streams.\n\n\n \nAs a leading design and build engineering firm specializing in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal engineering projects, JUKAM is well positioned to capitalize on near-term opportunities to deliver the ENPAR suite of novel, versatile technologies to the water treatment and management markets of South Korea, estimated to be US $2 - $3 Billion annually.\n\n\n \n\"ENPAR places very high value on our business relationship with JUKAM, which began with the sale of an ESD pilot system in 2010,\" stated Dr. Shelp. \"Given the positive developments and excellent business and technical rapport, the companies are engaged in negotiations to establish a formal, long-term agreement within the immediate future.\"\n\n\n \nCompletion of the sale to JUKAM represents the second notable event for ENPAR during the third quarter of 2012. Earlier this month, the Company installed a full-scale module of its ESD System at a City of Guelph facility for demonstration purposes. Designed to treat approximately 100,000 litres per day, the system reduces target ions in drinking water from groundwater sources to a level below government guidelines.\n\n\n \nThe Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation has awarded funding for the ESD Demonstration Project through the Innovation Demonstration Fund and the City of Guelph (\"the City\") is participating as Demonstration Project Partner.
