(TSX-V: ENP) ("ENPAR"\nor the Company), is pleased to announce that it has engaged SC Studer\nConsulting AG to provide investor relations services for the Company in\nEurope. In connection with the engagement, the Company has entered into a six\nmonth consulting agreement commencing November 1, 2007 whereby SC Studer\nConsulting AG will receive a total fee of Swiss Francs (CHF) 18,000. SC Studer\nConsulting AG will also be reimbursed for certain expenses incurred in\nconnection with providing such services.\n\n\nIn addition, the Company has agreed to grant Marlies Studer, the\nprincipal of SC Studer Consulting AG, an option to purchase 100,000 common\nshares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.45 per share. The options\nwill have a two (2) year term and will vest in accordance with the policies of\nthe TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Neither Ms. Studer nor SC Studer\nConsulting AG holds any interest, directly or indirectly, in ENPAR or its\nsecurities.\n\n\nMs. Studer has a background in the fields of banking, portfolio\nmanagement, and public relations. From 2002 to 2004, she was involved in\ninvestor relations activities in connection with financings of United\nStates-based mid cap and small cap companies. In January 2005, Ms. Studer\nfounded SC Studer Consulting AG and has been an investor and public relations\nrepresentative for various international clients since that time.
