He has over fifteen years of international\nsemiconductor experience. Dr. Kuran has been featured and published in more\nthan thirty-five publications. Currently, Dr. Kuran is a Vice President at\nFairchild Semiconductor in South Portland, Maine, U.S.A., which is the world's\nleading supplier of components that optimize system power in automotive,\ncommunications, computing, consumer and industrial applications. He is in\ncharge of development for the Analog Products Group (APG), leading one of the\nworld's most experienced teams in this field. He is also responsible for\nmanaging the company's strategic direction for highly integrated devices for\nAPG.\nPrior to joining Fairchild Semiconductor, Dr. Kuran was senior vice\npresident of strategic marketing at Sipex Corporation, Milpitas, California.\nUSA, where he was responsible for the strategy and restructuring of the\ncompany's focus on power management.
