March 1, 2012. Guelph, Ontario. The Board of Directors ("the Board") of ENPAR Technologies Inc. ("ENPAR" or "the Company" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce that Mr. James Xiang has joined ENPAR as director effective immediately. He will serve on the Audit and Compensation Committees of the Board.
Mr. Xiang holds a Bachelor of Arts from Huazhong University of Science & Technology in China and a Master of Business Administration from York University. A Certified Management Accountant (Ontario), he is also qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware).
Mr. Xiang is the President of China Mineral Resources Limited, a private equity investment company with interests in resource industry enterprises. He also serves as President of CNX Consulting Inc. which provides financial advisory services to Chinese companies seeking listing, financing and M&A opportunities in North America. CNX Consulting also assists Canadian companies to secure financing and establish marketing channels in Asia.
During the period January 2006 to April 2010, Mr. Xiang served as the Chief Financial Officer of GobiMin Inc., and IND DairyTech Limited which was privatized in July 2011. Prior to 2006, he applied his expertise in corporate finance management at COM DEV International Ltd., ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc., and CFM Corporation, all of which opened a subsidiary or established a Joint Venture in the People's Republic of China.
