("ENPAR"), is pleased to announce that ENPAR has entered\ninto an agreement with Societe Charentaise de Decor ("SCD"), a wholly-owned\nsubsidiary of "Groupe de La Seine" of Paris, France.\n\n\nGroupe de la Seine, through its three subsidiaries SCD, Verreries de la\nSeine and Solvpack, conceives, develops and produces directly or indirectly a\nrange of packaging for wine, spirits and cosmetics. SCD, which was created in\n1973, has been a pioneer in "traditional glass frosting", and is one of two\nkey French players in this industry. Effective and efficient treatment of its\nprocess effluent has always been a key management goal.\n\n\nThis agreement brings together SCD's business acumen and ENPAR's\ntechnical know-how to refine ENPAR's patented AmmEL technology, thereby\nenabling treatment of ammonia in process/waste streams within glass and\nrelated industries.\n\n\nPilot scale testing in Canada will continue until February 2009. Success\nat this first stage will lead to a demonstration plant at a SCD facility in\nFrance.
